Brook Street are delighted to be supporting our client with their Temporary to Permanent requirement of an Office and Accounts Manager based in Walton on Thames.
This is an exciting opportunity for a office professional who is looking for a varied role to utilise their management, organisation and accounts skills within one flexible position. Initially starting as a part time opportunity on a temporary basis, with the view to develop into a permeant and full-time role.
For this role you will ideally have the below skills -
" A strong and varied knowledge of SAGE 50
" Accounts admin experience in coordinating and processing monthly payroll, reconciliation, employee expenses and creating monthly management accounts.
" Team leader or management experience within an office setting
" Knowledge of Office operations and facilities management
" Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
This is a temporary role with the potential to develop into a permanent position paying up to £13ph depending on experience. Your hours will be between 9am - 5.30pm, working initially part time over 3 - 4 days per week.
Your pay will be paid weekly in arrears and you will also accrue holiday while on assignment with us.
