This unique opportunity is working for a large recruitment consultants near Fenchurch St station and will be a mixture of Compliance/Admin and Reception
You will be managing the compliance of all their contractors and temporary workers which will include:
- Carrying out all aspects of contractor compliance for a variety of different clients including but not limited to - right to work, credit and criminal, anti-money laundering and adverse media checks and employment and educational references. Collating this information for sign off and sending to clients.
You will be logging timesheet information so a strong eye for detail and accurate data entry skills is essential
As well as this you will be for ensuring the office is running smoothly by dealing with all visitors in a professional manner, ordering office supplies and helping to source new suppliers and working with the marketing team to organise staff events
This is an immediately available opportunity and will suit someone with good admin skills which ideally has involved some level of compliance as well as reception experience too. You will be a confident team player who can cope in a pressurised and busy but fun environment
