Job Description

Office and Finance Administrator

I am currently looking to recruit an Office and Finance Administrator for a company based in Leamington Spa. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 5pm and the salary will pay up to £20,000.

As the Office and Finance Administrator you will be responsible for providing a clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

You will be responsible for -
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Create and maintain filing systems and client files
Arranging meetings and booking appointments
Update and maintain the firm`s records
Manage and maintain the firm`s diary system
Compiling invoices.
Create financial reports using spreadsheets.
General office duties including filing, shredding, photocopying and binding.

For this position you will have come from a good office and admin background and knowledge working for an IFA (Independent Financial Advisers) is highly desirable.

Other skills and experience include -
Knowledge of FCA`s rules and requirements.
Broad knowledge of the financial services sector.
CII Diploma qualified or studying towards qualification
Excellent telephone manner
Good organisational skills
