My client is looking for a general Office Project Co-Ordinator to help coordinate employees, clients and customer to work on various outside contracts within the business.
That means you will need to have great organisational ability and have good administration to support the contracts that are managed. If you have a background in installation, horticulture, landscape or engineering that would be advantageous.
You will be dealing with quotations, work planning and analytical reporting to make sure that productivity is productive. Prioritising work, tasks and query resolution. You will be updating the database and keeping details up to date. You will have the ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook and hold a driving license, you might occasionally go off site, that will be a small part of the role. You will be involved in the invoicing for deposits, part payment and completion.
The day to day duties includes but not limited to:
" Scheduling, work planning, support analytical reporting
" Ensure maximum/optimal productivity in projects
" Query resolution
" Database entry ongoing
" Invoicing (e.g.: deposit, part payment, completion, supply only etc)
" Liaising with clients and co-ordinating projects
