Job Description

Are you an administration professional looking for a more varied role? Would you like to work with a leading retailer at their central office hub in the Skelmersdale area?

If so, this could be the perfect role. Based at the company's new modern office facilities in the Skelmersdale area, you will be expected to help and assist with the day to day business operations of the company.

Benefits for this role include:

A strong, basic salary of £18,000-£18,200 per annum on a permanent, full time basis.

Working hours of 0830-1700 across a Mon-Fri basis.

Free, on site car parking facilities (please note for any non driving applicants, the nearest train station is around a 30 minute drive).

COVID19 precautions in office - (the interview will be done remotely).


Day to day responsibilities in this role include:

Arranging passes and meeting & greeting all visitors into site alongside booking and setting up meeting rooms.

Providing maintenance support - ranging from organising and scheduling works to carried out.

Monitoring stock levels in line with then purchasing correct products i.e. stationery and cleaning products.

Handling documentation and creating starter parks for any new staffing being welcomed into the business - also updating the system to reflect paperwork and any details required.
Assisting other relevant departments on additional duties i.e. accounts team with data entry and fire alarm and health & safety tests.

In order for you to apply for this position, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

At least 1-2 years in an office administrative capacity - office juniors could also be considered.

Good IT knowledge and skills.

Hold your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence (based on the fact of distance to local public transport links - as per above).
