Job Description

A great opportunity for an office assistant to work with one of the courts in Chelmsford. The position is working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.

This is a temporary position which is expecting to run until the end of June 2020 but this could be extended.

Duties will be mainly filling, document handling, scanning and archiving of documents. Other general administration duties maybe required such as sending emails, answering calls and data entry.

The successful candidate will work well in a team, have good communication skills and be able to work in a team and alone. As you will be working within a government booking you will be required to go through a compliance process. This will involve undergoing a criminal check and visiting the Chelmsford Office to complete the vetting paperwork.

You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £8.21 per hour. If the booking exceeds 12 weeks then the rate will then increase to £8.28p/h which is paid weekly. Please note that anyone under the age of 24 will be paid the applicable national minimum wage and people over the age of 25 will be paid the applicable national living wage.
