Office Assistant/Front of House
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our office client to recruit an Office Assistant to handle Front of House duties. This will begin as a temporary role but will go permanent based on performance. This role is based in Reading.
Salary: up to £27,000 BOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 - 16.30

Your role in the company would be to manage/maintain the up keep of the space making the office and meeting rooms a pleasure to work out from. You will assist the Business Managers by providing stellar customer service, hosting the office space for clients and keeping business flowing.
" Open/close the office daily
" Act as first point of contact for the office, managing the phone and email system
" Manage meeting room bookings and enquiries
" Keep reception and kitchen areas tidy and inviting
" Accommodate lunches for clients
" Be responsible for petty cash in the office
" Ensure all office rooms and facilities are functional and presentable and liaise with maintenance if not
" Manage all office and kitchen stock
" Collect and distribute post daily
" Manage customer/staff ownership of fobs and passes
" General ad-hoc admin support

" Previous administrative experience, customer service or hospitality/catering roles are appreciated
