Job Description

Role: Accounts & Office Co-ordinator
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

Do you have experience in accounts and general administration?

We are looking for a confident, focused and organised office coordinator to join their small team in Tonbridge.

You will be involved in many departments, predominantly accounts and purchasing.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Raising invoices
- Setting up customer accounts and obtaining the relevant information required.
- Raising purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers and staying in regular contact with them.
- General office duties, managing post, answering phones and business support duties.
