Job Description

Salary: £25,000
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm core hours, however due to the nature of the role availability for contact from engineers may be needed outside of these core times to a provided company mobile.
Location: Rural Tonbridge

Do you have experience in scheduling engineers or sub contractors? This is a fast paced role that requires the suitable person to be proactive, able to think outside the box, have a high level of attention to detail and be flexible as you will be required to travel and meet the companies engineers throughout the country as and when required.

The suitable candidate will be the first point of contact for all the engineers and will be organising their schedules. This will include monitoring the engineers performance, producing statistics, reviewing schedules, overseeing the use of trackers, managing purchases for tools and uniform, managing holiday allowances, having review meetings, issuing accident reports, assisting in recruitment and other administrative duties.

You will also be required to work on call on a rota which will involve taking home a company work phone.
