Job Description

** Fantastic Office based position within a dynamic, fast paced and vibrant office**

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £21,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, free parking & company pension
Immediate requirement but candidates with a notice period will be considered

Do you have strong communication skills, able to problem solve and work under pressure? Do you have administration/ office coordination or service/help desk experience?

You will be responsible for managing the workload for a group of engineers/mobile field teams diaries. You will be both re-active and pro-active to tasks that come in throughout the day, dealing with general enquiries from customers and then booking appointments for the customer with an engineer.

You will ideally have experience in office coordination/ works scheduling or similar and be a strong problem solver who is able to work under pressure.
