Job Description

**NEW OPPORTUNITY - FANTASTIC COMPANY - GREAT SALARY & BENEFITS**

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to continued expansion within the department of this progressive, vibrant, busy company. You will be working within a fast paced, dynamic administration office within a role that is very varied and interesting, where no two days are the same and within a role that will offer constant challenges.

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
You must be able to drive due to the rural location

You will have an excellent telephone manner, superb interpersonal skills, be computer literate and have a high level of administration and office coordination experience.

You will be required to coordinate the shipping, liaise with clients, obtain quotes from suppliers, prepare and issue new quotes and oversee the process from initial survey through to the delivery. You will ensure quality standards are maintained and that you resolve any issues throughout the process. You will be dealing with both UK and overseas customers.
