Office Coordinator

Job Description

Working for this innovating organisation based in the heart of Manchester, this role is initially offered on a 6 month contract to be reviewed after the end of the 6 month period

For this role you should be highly organised and efficient with a "can do" attitude


You will coordinate several functions within the organisation ensuring the smooth running of this site.
Providing administration support to the Field Team who provide training to GP Practices throughout the country
Contacting GP Surgeries regarding bookings for training sessions
Dealing with any enquiries
Creating reports
Some credit control
Dealing with any new projects
Keeping things on track

There is a mobile team who are in and out of the office plus 2 secretaries.

It's small team but a busy role where you will spin a number of plates so it is essential that you are able to priories your workload to meet the demands of the business and able to use your own initiative.

You should have previous experience within a similar function, great IT skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
