Job Description

A FANTASTIC opportunity has arisen for a bright and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join a fast-paced team supplying beauty products online to major retailers and trade accounts. My client is interviewing immediately with a start date soon after

My client needs someone who has previous retail experience - preferably from the beauty world and has some office experience would be ideal. This role would suit someone who is keen to make the leap from retail into office work and has a keen interest in beauty products

You must be able to work under pressure, have a can-do attitude and excellent telephone manner. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, and dealing with couriers, as well as using the company database to process customer information. You should have good Excel, Word and Outlook skills and will be trained on using SAGE. You should have a positive attitude and be able to work as part of a small and friendly team

Salary: 25'000 with discretionary bonus depending on the success of the business

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (option to work from home some of the time if suitable)

Benefits: 22 days holiday plus your birthday off each year and standard pension
