The role will involve all aspects of office support; answering the phone and dealing with queries, inputting orders and ensuring a high level of accuracy in data input of information. Filing, dealing with correspondence. Meeting and greeting visitors.
Helping the assembly department when they are busy.
You should have excellent communication skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of electrical products would be highly desirable. A flexible attitude and willing to help out on other departments
