General Administration Assistant
Caterham on the Hill- Parking on site available
Hours are from 09:00-17:30, 37.5 per week with 1 hour unpaid for lunch
Holidays: 20 plus 8 bank hols. Increasing by 1 day for each two years of continuous service up to a maximum of 5 additional days. This will be awarded at the start of the next holiday year.
Holiday years are from 1st April to 31st March
Sick Pay - SSP only
General Duties will include:
Daily postroom duties
Checking of Documents
Knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as Word/Excel
A willingness to learn
To be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Good telephone manner
In addition to the above the employee would be expected to assist in other departments where it was deemed necessary for the smooth running of the Company.
To complete any training necessary for the role.
Any other duties reasonably requested by Department Managers, Office Managers and Directors.
