Job Description

We are looking for a office junior for our clients who is a well-established and dynamic estate/lettings agency located in South-West London. Having substantially secured our position in the market, we seek to expand by adding an Office Junior to the team.

This is the ideal role for a college/university leaver. As office junior
you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the office, this includes
such tasks as:

-Helping out with the day to day running of the office
-Registering new clients
-Handling outdoor appointments
-Assisting with direct marketing campaigns
-Carrying out property inspections and inventories (training to be provided)
- Providing excellent customer service

About you: You are a highly motivated individual with a keen desire to understand
and progress in the property lettings field. We are looking for a proactive, bright and
driven individual who is happy to be trained with the potential to move up within the
company. Initiative is key to being successful.

The ideal candidate must:
- Possess high levels of energy and drive to achieve their goals and targets
- Be able to communicate well (written and verbal)
- Be a team player
- Be well spoken, well presented and personable
- Sufficient IT skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

Local area knowledge preferred although not essential to apply for this position.

Applicants must have a clean driver's license, own car would be an advantage.
