From detached family homes in well-connected locations to city apartments, they have been building homes in London and the Home Counties since since 1961 and are currently looking for an office junior / Sales And Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team.
To provide day-to-day support to the Sales & Marketing Department with day-to-day administrative duties.
Invoice administration, logging of invoices onto excel and processing for payment
Liaising with the Sales Negotiators and creative agencies to ensure accuracy of information listed on the company website, property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla and social media channels
Uploading of information to the company website
Management of imagery for all developments. Ensuring development photo library is updated and brochures and other marketing literature are saved in the appropriate folders.
The ideal candidate will have a Clear and well-tailored telephone manner.
