An opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager
You'll be the go-to person within the office, working closely with the C.E.O and Principal Developer to manage all office operational functions.
Responsibilities will include:
Oversee the day-to-day smooth running of the office, acting as first point of contact.
Order any required equipment or supplies
Manage day-to-day HR process: e.g. track absence, inductions, exit interviews
Oversee the recruitment process, including maintaining relationships with agencies
Organise team building events, including the annual Christmas party.
Schedule and maintain any requirements as part of our ISO certification: e.g. meetings, access/asset registers, audits
Liaise with external contractors or suppliers to organise repairs or servicing.
Key point of contact for Health & Safety within the office, ensuring continued legislation adherence
Maintain the organization of the existing filing system
You will need to have the following skills/experience:
Good experience communicating and working with third parties
Competent with using a wide range of computer technologies
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Experience in the Microsoft Office suite
Skilled in solving problems with a high attention to detail
The ability to learn quickly
