Job Description

Brook Street are currently looking for a School Office Manager to cover a temporary position within an East London School on the run up to Christmas

You will be responsible for managing a busy office and overseeing the effective functioning of three reception areas. Ensuring that all visitors are welcomed and dealt with in a professional and polite manner.

Duties will include:

Draft and typing of agendas, minutes, reports, letters and memos
Filing, photocopying
Database creation, input of data and retrieval or information
Operate the School's CCTV door entry system
Take and transmit accurate telephone, email and verbal messages between colleagues, pupils, parents and external agencies.
Liaise with outside agencies
In the absence of the relevant member of staff, provide student support services and reception duties.


Skills Required:
Minute taking
Management experience
Experience working within a school
SIMS
Customer Service
Strong IT skills

You must have an Enhanced DBS to be considered for this position
