Brook Street are recruitment on behalf of an exciting Modern company for a highly talented and experienced office manager, on a long-term temporary contract. Due to a sustained period of growth and expansion, they are looking for an individual that is immediate available to get on board.

This is an extremely varied role and would not suit individuals that are used to working in a corporate structured environment. The types of things this role will include is;

- Taking the lead in managing an ongoing office move.
- Oversee all FM and compliance requirements.
- Arrange corporate events
- Assist with various ongoing projects
- Supporting senior directors with diary management, travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Oversee operating reports
- Oversee administrative duties

This role would suit initials that have proven project management experience, managing the day to day running of a busy office and have some PA experience.

An absolute necessity as well as the above, is that you have proven experience of delivering results in an ever-changing environment.

As well as this you must have;

- Excellent written and communication skills
- Extremely organised
- Proactive and self sufficient
- Always keen to go above and beyond, even when it is not your job

My client is looking for individuals to interview the w/c 14th October and start no later than the w/c 21st.

In return they are offering a comparable salary between £30-£40k, complete flexibility in your working hours and pattern, Laptop and phone and for the right person the opportunity to make this role your own in a permanent capacity.
