Job Description

Do you have Office Management experience? Would you like to work with a leading creative and entertainment company in a niche market within the Liverpool city centre?

The Office Manager will play an integral part in implementing senior management`s operational vision, helping to solve problems and introducing new processes whilst supporting the wellbeing and performance of the team.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £24,000-£28,000 per annum.
Working hours across a Mon-Fri period (37 hours per week) and offering flexi time.
Remote working opportunities (outside of occasional check ins to the office to ensure all is fine).

Day to day duties include:

Be the key communications representative of the business and to be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and other general enquiries.
Provide day to day office operational and personnel support to senior management.
Develop, maintain and implement business operational systems & policies and procedures which ensures that business functions behind the scenes daily in an effective manner.
Collect weekly management meeting minutes and share with relevant stakeholders.
Create and enforce health & safety procedures across the business.
Maintain and when required procure and order office supplies (ranging from hardware, software, consumables and stationery).

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Have at least two years recent experience as an Office Manager or Office Management focused duties.
Excellent computer and IT skills.
Comfortable working in a remote working setting.
