Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a growing business as an Office Manager. Based in Bristol, this is a permanent role with a salary of £30,000 - £34,000 DOE + annual performance bonus. This role requires you to be on-site 5 days a week and experience an Office Manager is essential. Candidates may not be considered if they do not have experience as being an Office Manager

Duties include:

  • Liaising with, and organising contractors when necessary
  • Maintaining equipment and stock levels - inventory taking
  • Managing company correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Manage our meet and greet services for guests, whether clients, suppliers or other visitors.
  • Assist Sales and Booking Delivery with administrative tasks during busy periods.

Skills needed:

  • Good written, communication and team working skills.
  • Intermediate understanding of occupational health and safety
  • Good organisation and people management skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience in similar role essential
  • Product knowledge (desirable)
