OFFICE MANAGER - TELFORD - £25,000 + Bonus
Our client based in Telford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join their established, successful and expanding business.
This role requires a proactive approach with excellent administration skills and a strong understanding of Sage 50.
We require a keen and enthusiastic individual to look at the improvement and development of the administrative processes to achieve an informative and efficient function. The ideal person will have proven leadership qualities, able to work under pressure and possess a forward-thinking mind set to "make things happen".
A brief overview of the role:
" Detailed invoicing, quotations and statements
" Handling discrepancies and queries
" Extensive use of Sage 50
" Liaising with internal and external clients
" Sourcing and Procurement of a variety of office requirements - negotiate and secure competitive prices
" Diary management of Directors and management team
" Overall management of postal and courier requirements
" Management and development of processes and procedures
" Providing financial reports to the Directors and management team
" A confident communicator - written and verbal
Driving licence and own transport essential
Free Parking + 20 days holiday + stats (increasing with service)
Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30
