Office Manager - Fixed Contract
£25,000 is the annual equivalent salary which will be pro rata'd accordingly
My client is a well established company that has over 30 years' experience within their field and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join them on a fixed contract basis. Initially the contract will be for three months to cover maternity leave. My client would like the successful candidate to join them no later than the 3rd February 2020, so that you can receive a comprehensive handover & receive training on the existing processes and procedures to make your journey a smooth one.
This role requires a proactive approach with excellent administration skills and a strong understanding of Sage 50.
The ideal person will have excellent time management skills, able to work under pressure and come with a professional telephone manner.
A brief overview of the role:
Detailed invoicing, quotations and statements
Handling discrepancies and queries
Extensive use of Sage 50
Sourcing and procurement of a variety of office requirements - negotiate and secure competitive prices
Diary management of Directors and management team
Overall management of postal and courier requirements
Providing financial reports to the Directors and management team
Driving licence and own transport essential
Working hours Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30
