Our client the National Probation Service based in Perry Barr are looking for a temporary employee to join their team as a Receptionist. This is initially temporary role for 3 months with potential to extend. However there is a chance that this could be extended. This position is full-time Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. With a shift pattern of 9am - 5pm.
The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

This role is perfect for anyone based in West Bromwich, Walsall, Erdington or Birmingham due to having great public transport links via Perry Barr Train station or Bus stations at the One Stop Shopping Centre.

As a Receptionist you will be a strong willed individual in what on occasions can be a challenging environment, responsible for supporting the business in ways such as answering calls, meet & greet for onsite visitors, data entry and diary management. Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
-arranging and maintaining accurate offender and victim information on relevant databases
- Onsite visitor direction and support
- Data Entry
- Diary Management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in varied methods (Courts, Solicitors, Police)
- Liaising with service users to arrange appointments
- Telephone enquiries
- Use of inhouse data bases
- Provide additional admin support as and when required
The ideal candidate for this role will have 12 plus months of recent Reception / administration experience. Training where necessary will be provided. Being able to demonstrate relevant transferable skills will be beneficial with a respect for process driven tasks.
