If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company's head office in the Southport area, your key duty in this role will be to offer key reception and administrative support on a daily basis.

£9.25-£9.50 per hour (£16,835-£17,290) salary on a permanent, full time basis.
Working hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.
28 days holidays (including statutory bank holidays).

Day to day duties in this role include:
Answering the phone and dealing with daily e-mails.
Recording daily post, both in and out
Greeting clients and then helping clients with any general enquiries.
Filing and updating client records, both in hard copy and on the company's bespoke, IRIS Software.

1-2 years recent experience in a office receptionist / administrative focused role.
Confident in a forward facing role - required to meet and greet clients as part of this post.
