Job Description

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY??

YOU WILL NEED TO BE A CAR DRIVER DUE TO THE LOCATION.

You will be required to oversee and co-ordinate an extremely busy office. On a day to day basis the Sales Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing orders received are actioned and costings provided, liaising with the managing director as necessary. You will be in charge of stock ordering, monitoring stock levels and overseeing the entering of received stock onto their computerised stock database. The sales office team are also responsible for the preparation of job sheets for the production department, ensuring prompt delivery to the client once order is completed and entering invoice details onto the computer and preparing paperwork for the sales invoice production. You will be required to carry out, organise and delegate above tasks effectively to the sales team members.
