We've had a bit of movement in the office recently and we're after a new Office / Finance Administrator to pick up various tasks and be the Office Managers right hand!

You're new position will be a varied role based around general Office Administration and Front of House along with Accounts Receivable and Payable in our Finance Team. Other duties with the finance team will include BACS handling and Chequing.
We'd like somebody with a good understanding of GDPR (if you worked in an office environment last year I'm sure you've heard all about it!)
Front of House and Reception duties will be part of your day to day duties but so will helping with Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Every day will be slightly different so we're really not looking for somebody who is happy for the mundane.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and proactive with their work. Somebody with a bright outlook and excellent communication skills will be amazing.
