A great opportunity has arise for an office/marketing administrator. As the first point of call for our customers you need to have a lovely telephone manner and great keyboard skills and an eye for detail.
The job is varied and will include:
Answering all calls to the business in a friendly welcoming manner
Updating the menu daily for the restaurant
Liaising with suppliers and updating the Snooty Frox brand list for each season
Handling customer queries via the inbox, phone and social media
Managing call back list
Managing website sales
Updating stock on the site
Ordering stationery / business cards
General office administration
Preparing internal newsletter and posters
Managing image requests for the website
The sucessful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative skills, ability to cope with a busy business, attention to detail, good time management skills, excellent computer literacy skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small dedicated team and play an integral part in the growth of the business. Hours of work: to be discussed. Salary dependent upon experience.
