Job Description

As an Office Supervisor, your duties will vary according to business requirements at the time but will require a diverse range of skills including:

  • Dealing with customer queries via telephone & email
  • Organising inventory, stock and dealing with product queries
  • Delivering excellent customer service with great empathy
  • Excellent IT skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc

The ideal candidate will be polite, very professional and put the customer at the heart of everything they do. This is an autonomous role that will require the candidate to think on their feet and make decisions in lien with company procedures.

This is a permanent opportunity with a basic salary of £22,000 per year in the Telford area. The candidate must have their own transport due to the location of this employer.
