Job Description

We are representing a client who is looking for an Office Support colleague to join their small, friendly team in their Clitheroe office. This is a forward-thinking law firm who offer in-house training and an abundance of opportunities.

Do you have attention to detail?

Do you enjoy structure and repetitive processes?

Are you a great communicator?

You must be computer literate and a fast-learner!

Office experience is essential!

You will be responsible for opening client files, manipulating data, entering that data onto bespoke systems (which you will be trained up on fully), completing credit checks and liaising with solicitors to ensure that no work is commenced until all file opening procedures have been completed.

This is an important role, so the successful candidate needs to be responsible, organised and a team-player.

LOCATION: Clitheroe, Lancashire

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 0900-1700 - 35 hours (1-hour lunch unpaid)

SALARY: £17,000 - £17,500 (negotiable depending upon experience)
