Job Description

Can you provide excellent administrative support and customer service for a team of innovation tax experts?

It is an exciting time to join this expanding organisation.

Our client is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to work in a fast-paced environment.

You must have an excellent eye for detail, be diligent and focused whilst working on multiple tasks and being able to prioritise your workload.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role

You must have good knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel), OneDrive, Outlook and Zoho CRM system (although some training will be provided on the in-house system).

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700 (45 minutes for lunch)

LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire (office-based for first 3 months. Option of hybrid working after that.)

SALARY: £20,000 per year
