Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an all round superstar to join their Edinburgh Office. The role will see you supporting the teams in many ways, you will have responsibility for the front of house activities- ensuring all calls are handled professionally, visitors are greeted and made to feel welcome and meeting rooms are well maintained. In addition to this you will be working alongside our client`s team of administrators and office manager supporting the team with administrative tasks, managing post room tasks and undertaking administration projects.


Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and contractors to site, making sure they feel welcome and adhere to sign in process
Create and maintain a welcoming, tidy and professional front of house environment at all times
Answering calls, talking messages and dealing with adhoc queries
Ensuring front of house, meeting rooms and shared area are kept tidy, liaising with facilities team to report any issues
Booking travel and supporting travel planning
General administration support
Keeping our teams safe by maintaining accurate H&S records and reminding about renewals and courses


What the ideal candidate will bring to the role:

Welcoming and professional manner, confident in your people skills both face to face and via phone
Proactive approach with an enthusiasm to connect with our teams and their work
Good computer and IT skills including; Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience with switchboard software such as Lync would be advantageous
A solid foundation of office experience and a proactive approach to your work
