We have a new and exiting role for an office trainee to come and join our fantastic client based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity as full training will be given to the right candidate, all we ask is that you have a basic understanding of MS Word and Excel and that you are confident over the phone.
You will be working within the customer service department and responsible for taking incoming calls for customers and dealing with their queries as well as responding to customer emails. Over time as you progress you will have additional duties and responsibilities added in which will include arranging collections, booking for damaged items to be returned, sending out parts and completing warranty service calls.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm with one hour for lunch. Holidays are 20 days of which 3 need to be held back for Christmas.
