Onboarding Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an administrator to join a very well-respected company within the IT sector

Role Details
We are looking for a knowledgeable administrator to help support a crucial recruitment process, which is critical to the success of the business. The right resource will have the;
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask required activities, ensuring service level and contractual requirements are followed
- Ability to ensure rigour around the security and on-boarding process, so no breach of the Security standard
- A developed ability to communicate, verbally and written
- Attention to detail and ability to capture all data correctly
- Ability to identify problems, appreciate the issues and then offer suggestions for resolution
- Ability to write and maintain Processes/Procedures/WINs in line with changes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Validating data and ensuring documentation adheres to requirements
- Tracking and monitoring progress of applications for higher level clearance requests
- Using the internal systems
- Dealing with confidential information
- Reporting
- Mailbox management
- Supporting general onboarding activities including ordering kit, accounts.

Key Skills Required
- Solid Administration background
- Excellent Customer Service ethos
- Excellent work management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Tools, e.g. Outlook, Word, Access
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team or independently
- Ability to follow process

The role is initially working from home due to the current climate, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and is paying up to £12 per hour
