Job Description

Onboarding Coordinator - Fully Remote - however with option to work from the Manchester office, flexibly.
Role Type: Full Time - Permanent

Role Overview:
To support the Major Account Team with recruitment administration duties, the onboarding of contractors, and ongoing contractor management.
Deliver excellent customer service to our client and the Joint Ventures, by following, monitoring and reviewing onboarding processes, and ensuring that onboarding is delivered to these processes.
Proactively find solutions for onboarding issues, ensuring that the client is at the forefront of all communications, and is made aware of potential issues.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build relationships and improve perception of IR.
Ensure prompt responses are given to all client emails, including phone calls for urgent escalations, solutions provided and documented over email.
Offer regular service improvements where possible, documenting them in the Ops Manual where appropriate.

Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with team members, supporting through any challenges or training needs.
Demonstrate good communication - both written and spoken.
Providing complete information with clarity. Providing solutions and working towards customer satisfaction.
Build process knowledge across the account and become an SME on screening and clearance requirements.

Role Specifics
Provide effective internal delivery of recruitment administration to UK Delivery Teams including:
Onboarding "named" resources, providing them with clear guidance on the onboarding process, and support them throughout the candidate journey. Keeping the client informed and working with internal teams to ensure the candidate is compliant to start.
Follow key operational processes to on-board candidates, engaging with candidates over the phone and email to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage high volume onboarding projects ensuring all candidates are supported throughout the process. Provide regular updates to the account team and to the client.
