We are delighted to be working with our valued client based Richmond London who are lead suppliers to garden centres. Currently in need of 2 x Online Sales Admin, covering 2 weeks starting from the 22nd September with possibility of extension.
1-2 days training. 1st week of September to be shown how to use system and what to do.
Working hours: : 8:30am - 16:30pm
Pay rate: £12. 80 p/h (Weekly Pay)
The chosen candidate would need to be computer literate, admin experience and general knowledge of warehouse duties.
- Fulfil daily orders from our online store - this consists of validating orders on Cegid, identify the item within 2 x stockrooms, pack it, hand it over to DPD.
- Liaise with myself on an ad-hoc basis to fulfil manual orders (in addition to the above) and this consists of creating manual labels for DPD.
- Liaise with Retail IT team on an ad-hoc basis when, while fulfilling the orders, a mistake re: product price, stock quantity, product imagery, is spotted and rectify that.
