JOB ROLE: Operations Manager
SALARY: £30,500.00 - BONUS £1,500.00 PER YEAR
HOURS: 39.5 per week (Monday - Friday)
LOCATION: Denby

JOB ROLE:
" Organize and manage your team assigning tasks as appropriate.
" Take the lead of development of your team to reach business objectives.
" Coach and improve team members abilities to achieve personal and business targets.
" Work towards maximizing efficiency and developing business processes.
" Analyze team performance and report KPI'S to senior management.
" Responsible for maintaining compliance in administrative support both internal and external to the business.
" Ensure sales targets are achieved on a monthly and annual basis to enhance team performance.
" Deliver excellent customer service to both Internal and external customers through being an ambassador for our cooperate vision and values.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Previous experience in Operational team management with a proven track record of motivating and leading a team to achieve sales targets, objectives and KPI's.
" A highly analytical and proactive approach to working.
" Educated at degree level.
" Excellent IT knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
" Confident and creative enough to influence directional change.
