Knowledge of Scheduling and Spares operational processes, an Automated Scheduling platform and diary management
Customer facing, time management, organisational and motivational skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience
Excellent IT knowledge, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Web based programmes and reporting salesforce, Vonage, SAP
People Management skills
Highly analytical with attention to detail..
Ability to work on own initiative with a pro-active approach.
Be prepared to challenge the 'status quo' and influence directional change.

Manage a team of specialist scheduling and spares customer service advisors, working alongside other Operational Managers ensuring goals and objectives are met.

Manage staff's monthly performance, sickness, training, disciplinaries and development and consistently deliver optimum efficiency of skills and resource

Utilising your problem resolution skills, resolving customer issues via various communication channels including F2F.

Plan engineer workload using forecasting, data and business requirements before Liaising with other departments to ensure scheduled compliance is achieved.
