I am very excited to be working with one of warwickshire leading legal practises who have continued to grow year on year in all areas of the business.

They are now recruiting for an enthusiastic Operational Risk Officer to join their Debt Recovery Compliance team.

In this role you will be delivering operational compliance with regulatory, legislative and client requirements which include SRA, FCA, Ofcom and CSA requirements as well as data protection and anti -money laundering legislation.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

Confident working in a busy and fast paced professional environment.

Ideally you will have an EXCELLENT knowledge of debt collection rules and regulations (including FCA & DPA).

Ideally you will have experience in a compliance, audit or quality environment in an operational risk capacity.
