Job Description
Operations Administrator
Reading - Thames Valley Park
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Operations Administrator. This is a contract role based in Reading Thames Valley Park until 30th June 2020 months.
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the on site health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: £25,000 per annum depending on experience + 5% end of contract bonus
Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
This role works as part of the UK Sales Operations team providing day to day operational and administrative support to our Sales teams. Typical duties include:
- Receiving and logging sales requests
- Responding to queries
- Partner deal association
- Data entry and system updates
- Data analysis & reporting
- Validation and execution of account moves
- Support of territory set-up's
- Ad-hoc administrative support
- Attention to detail is required along with strong excel
Operations Administrator Requirements:
- Previous experience - similar type of role
- IT industry- desirable
- Sales operations knowledge
- IT background/ knowledge
- Strong business admin
- Safe pair of hands
- Previous relevant Microsoft experience
- Learning agility - broad area - need to learn quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft tools- particularly Excel
- Organised with strong attention to detail
