Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for a full-time operations support agent to start as soon as possible for one of our logistics clients based at CV2 in Coventry

The working hours of the role would be 12-8pm Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday.
Temporary to Permanent role.
Paying £8.50ph

Your duties will include allocating and printing the correct collections form their systems, checking and investigating all failed deliveries/collections and allocating the failures ready for the next day. Answering some incoming calls from customers in relations to collection requests.
This role is to start as soon as possible.

You will need a strong work ethic, administration and customer service experience, flexible with working hours, strong work history.

A trail day will be hosted this Friday 23rd August.
