Job Description

My client is seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join the team. Essentially this is a business support role.

You will be working for one of the largest independent organisations within their field based in the UK.They work with premium brands within the business and are firmly established within the sector.

The main purpose of the role will be to support the business with a smooth and seamless operation process.. As an administrator you would be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiently.The Operations Administrator reports to the Operations Director and has the main responsibility for maintaining and developing all aspects of administration related to the regional operations teams. This will include, but not exclusively the management of all Contract Manager applications/agreements, enquires, credit checks, border agency/VAT Number checks. handle all customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Ideally you will have an administrative background .be highly organised ,have an attention to detail and be proficient in Word and Excel.
The salary is £23K and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm with an hour for lunch.

Other benefits include free on site car parking , 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing to 24 after 3 years` service, and 25 after 5 years` service) ,Private health care after completion of probation period, Salary exchange pension.
