Operations Administrator

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an Operations Administrator
This is a contract role based in Reading for 3 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £25,831.00 per annum depending on experience

Job Description
This role works as part of the UK Sales Operations team providing day to day operational and administrative support to our Sales teams. Typical duties include:
- Receiving and logging sales requests
- Responding to queries
- Partner deal association
- Data entry and system updates
- Data analysis & reporting
- Validation and execution of account moves
- Support of territory set-up`s
- Ad-hoc administrative support
2 parts to the role- setting up UK subsidiaries which involve a number of activities eg define which customers go in which segments, which quota is given to each segment, system entry in July- this person would need to support
Day to day- managing questions from sellers, come in via a case log in tool - managing those requests and queries on a day to day basis and resolving them
Typical previous roles- business admin, finance admin, sales admin
Attention to detail is required along with strong excel

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience - similar type of role
IT industry- desirable
Sales operations knowledge
IT background/ knowledge
Strong business admin
Safe pair of hands

Organised working style and proactive problem solver
Ability to meet deadlines in a pressured environment- respond in 24 hours and agree resolution time
Good verbal and written Communications skills
Proficient with technology with superuser Excel experience
