Operations Administrator (ASAP start - 5 month contract)

Job Description

We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join a medium sized company based in Stevenage. This is initially on a 5 month contract basis until the beginning of December however there may be a possibility for this to be extended or made permanent at a later date.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £18,000 (pro rata)

Your responsibilities:
- Managing calls and acting as a gatekeeper
- Providing support to internal Area Service Managers
- Using database to log service calls and customer requests
- Write quotes to issue to customers
- Ordering parts and arranging deliveries/couriers

What you`ll need to be considered:
- First and foremost, an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- A fast learner, willing to go above and beyond
- Preferably some experience within an office environment
- Confidence using MS Office and standard software
- Proven high attention to detail
