My Client in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an operations Administrator to join a their small team.
Some of your duties will be;
-Opening new Client Accounts over the phone and providing excellent communication and professionalism to deliver an outstanding first impression of the company.
-Dealing with Client queries, updating changed details and providing general account information to new clients.
-perform data verification and compliance tasks with all new clients to ensure compliance with various financial regulations.
You will need at least 1 years administration experience and the ability to communicate effectively with client at all levels.
Ideally you with have some experience within the financial industry and be degree educated. However, this is not essential, if you have a keen interest in getting into finance, this would also be a great opportunity for you!
Full training will be provided and you will be given the opportunity to undertake Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment qualifications.
