15 x Operations Agents needed for an immediate start!


Our national, energy sector client is going through an exciting period of change and as such, urgently need strong administrative staff to support their migration project

Overview;

You will be supporting the ongoing migration project and will need to be flexible on your approach as migration priorities will mean moving from one area of work to another as workloads shift inline with this migration. You will need to think fast and use your initiative. The role is very fast paced, so never a dull moment

Job role;
*Assist the operational teams in data entry
*Dealing with complex queries
*Supporting customer service lines by answering phone calls & responding to emails
*Producing and submitting customer billing
*Ensuring all communication either internal or external is managed inside service level agreement timeframes

You`ll be able to demostrate;

*Reasonable level of computer literacy
*Exposure to steep learning curves
*Some experience in customer relationship management and billing systems is preferrable but not essential
*High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task
*Knowledge sharing


The role is a short term, temporary role expected to last around 8 weeks but this may be reviewed and/or extended. It is a remote role and will be working from home. Whilst IT will be provided you need to have access to WIFI with a good connection and have a suitable home working environment that is quiet and free from distractions.

When working from home you will need to be self-motivated, honest and reliable
