An exciting opportunity to play a key role as Operations and Purchasing Support for a successful commercial printer in South Bristol.

What you`ll be doing
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be supporting the processing of orders, responding to e-mails and phone-calls, and responding to customer queries.
You will be ensuring that orders received and approved for production are speedily entered onto the order processing system (Sage) and that all necessary information is provided to the supplier, all within target timescales.
You`ll have to be organised with great administrative skills.
The efficient management of a Studio and Operations inbox is also a key part of this role, ensuring that each order has a print proof provided, and is processed after proof approval in the appropriate target timescales. The role also includes managing supplier print proofs and ensuring that they are responded to within set targets.
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
You will be required to work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure workflow is managed efficiently at all times.
The experience you need
Ideally you will be someone with some track record of performing well in a pressurised busy environment with good IT skills.
Experience using Sage or similar software is a plus!
The ability to use adobe creative suite on a mac would be a bonus!
There is a competitive salary on offer of £18-£22k.
