Job Description

My client works within the manufacturing industry. They are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their growing team based in Oxfordshire on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will assist the Operations Director and Operations Department in all operational areas. You will manage the Internal Forecast Stock Control System and raise Operational Purchase Orders. You will update/manage the Internal Operational IT Systems and process Incoming Shipments. You will liaise with warehouse members to check and monitor customer deliveries. You will also liaise on email with Head Office to check shipment and product schedules. You will also be responsible for updating stock control data sheets as well as monitoring stock levels on packages and spares.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and good organisational skills. You should also have good IT skills, with the ability to learn quickly as you will be using Oracle on a day to day basis. If you demonstrate these skills in your past roles you should apply!
