Job Description

This role is supporting a team of 12 who look after the High Net Worth client side of this underwriting Business. This is a highly knowledgeable team with a wealth of experience under their belts.

This role is a mix of technical support and business administration so experience within insurance is ideal however a background in banking or compliance may also be considered . This is a highly regulated environment.

You will have solid IT skills in particular in Excel as well as the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships at all levels.

You will be dealing with client fund documentation using internal bespoke databases as well as recording and processing client banking instructions through an online platform.

You will record data, provide reports and scan documents.

The team are friendly and supportive and need someone who is flexible and adaptable to changing levels of workload. There are 2 peak periods in the year when it is all hands on deck so a `muck in` attitude is essential.
